WECO Experts uses innovative technologies to reach a higher number of potential candidates in
order to increase hiring results.
This showcase mirrors a project with a CDMO where the task was to find a big number of
pharmaceutical technicians that were hard to find only through conventional ways.
Big data technologies were used to reach out to different groups of people that were actively
and non actively looking, meaning that also people who can´t be found on platforms like
Linked In, XING or be reached via job ads were approached.
With Facebook, Instagram and Google AdWords WECO Experts performed target group specific
advertising and hit a huge amount of potential candidates with the goal to create curiosity through
gamification. Candidates that were interested had the chance to participate in a virtual
assessment developed through WECO Experts.
