Malin Behrens started her recruiting career directly after her business studies more than ten years ago. At an international recruitment agency, she built up her expertise in the areas of permanent employment, contract and project management in the Life Sciences sector. Before founding WECO Experts GmbH, she successfully completed talent management projects on a global level as a freelance expert.

Co-Founder, Managing Director
Lasse Rothfuss after his Master of Science in IT Management, initially worked as a consultant for a large international corporation. Subsequently, he supported several companies in Europe and the USA with the digitalization and implementation of new technologies in HR departments. With the foundation of WECO Experts GmbH he specialized his project management approach towards the Life Sciences and Tech industries.

Malaica has developed her professional strengths through her studies in Business Administration – BA & MBA and her international background. Her career path has taken her into consulting, project management as well as sales and marketing, before she began in recruiting with focus on life sciences and professional services.
