Based on a increasing demand for our in-house recruiting services, we created a concept to meet the needs of our customers. Projects are available from a minimum of 2 months and 0.5 FTE, individual arrangements are possible.   • Step 2

    WECO Senior Recruiter and Sourcing Division

    Our Senior Recruiter delivers profiles, scorecards and priorities to our sourcing division and takes over the control of the activities. Requirements that go beyond the job description are directly taken into the process.

    Depending on the scope, dedicated WECO consultants are working on the project, activities are:

    Our senior recruiter selects the best candidates and accompanies them through the customer’s application process. For the highes quality delivery we will doublecheck resumes. If necessary, further interviews will be held. Furthermore, we take over the communication and coordination of  appointments between the candidate and the customer. We are also happy to provide advice during the selection process.
