Before founding WECO Experts GmbH, she successfully completed talent management projects on a global level as a freelance expert.

Lasse Rothfuss after his Master of Science in IT Management, initially worked as a consultant for a large international corporation. Subsequently, he supported several companies in Europe and the USA with the digitalization and implementation of new technologies in HR departments. With the foundation of WECO Experts GmbH he specialized his project management approach towards the Life Sciences and FMCG industries.
