Project: Fraud Expert
The project focuses on the implementation and launch of a debit card issuing setup within an app-first banking environment.The freelance expert will support the card workstream hands-on, from delivery and testing through go-live readiness and handover to BAU.

Aufgaben
- Design and implement fraud monitoring and detection processes for payment and card transactions
- Analyse fraud patterns and define rules, thresholds and escalation logic
- Support the setup and tuning of fraud monitoring systems
- Act as the operational fraud expert in cross-functional workshops
- Define end-to-end fraud handling processes, including alert management and escalation
- Align fraud processes with payments, cards, compliance and IT
- Support go-live readiness and handover to BAU teams
Anforderungen
- Strong hands-on experience in fraud management within banking, payments or card environments
- Expertise in card fraud and payment fraud
- Experience with fraud monitoring or screening tools
- Solid understanding of fraud processes and operational workflows
- Ability to work independently in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
