Aufgaben
- Design, setup and operation of SEPA payment processes (SCT, SCT Inst, SDD Core & B2B)
- Ownership of payment exception handling and investigations (R-transactions, returns, interbank cases)
- End-to-end responsibility for reconciliation and settlement (Bundesbank / TARGET2 / EBA Clearing)
- Liquidity monitoring in close cooperation with Treasury
- Definition of SOPs, STP processes and case management frameworks
- Coordination of IT, core banking systems and external payment service providers
- Ensure full regulatory compliance (PSD3/PSR, ISO 20022, ZAG)
Anforderungen
- Proven experience in Payment Operations within banking or payments
- Deep hands-on knowledge of SEPA, Instant Payments, R-transactions and reconciliation
- Experience with Bundesbank connectivity (e.g. m.act / TARGET2)
- Background in Greenfield or transformation projects
- Strong English skills; German is a plus
